CREATIVE BRIEF
The goal for this editorial brand shoot was to challenge conventional fashion norms and blur the lines between art and style in the Hollywood Hills.
We focused on elevated simplicity, capturing authentic movement, sharp tailoring, and organic silhouettes bathed in natural California sunlight.
Through a deliberate mix of wide architectural angles and tight textile details, we crafted a versatile asset library designed to command attention across the brand’s digital and editorial channels.
MOOD BOARD
The mood board for Hinoki in Common drew inspiration from high-fashion editorials and architectural campaigns, focusing on moody light, natural textures, and confident, understated elegance.
Every frame was curated with purpose — highlighting the exquisite drape and craftsmanship of each garment against raw wood, concrete, and foliage.
BEHIND-THE-SCENES
This shoot was such a joy to produce — filmed in Los Angeles, just steps from the Hollywood sign, with an all-women crew. The creative chemistry was effortless, and the natural lighting through the studio glass created exactly the cinematic mood we envisioned.
