1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Mary Otañez Photography website (maryotanez.com), booking a photography session, or purchasing digital or print products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Booking & Retainer Fees

All photography sessions require a signed service agreement and a non-refundable retainer fee to secure your scheduled date and time. Dates are not reserved until both the agreement and retainer are executed.

3. Commercial Usage Rights & Copyright

Mary Otañez retains copyright in all photographic images created. Clients receiving commercial brand services receive specified license usage rights as detailed in their individual Production Workbook and commercial invoice. Unlicensed commercial reproduction or third-party resale is strictly prohibited without written consent.

4. Lifestyle Personal Use Rights

Clients booking maternity, newborn, or family lifestyle sessions receive personal print and digital reproduction rights. Images may not be sold or submitted to commercial advertising without photographer authorization.
