The Family Collective is a 12-month commitment. Your first payment is due at the time of enrollment to secure your membership. After that, monthly payments are automatically processed on the 15th of each month for the remainder of the term. This structure is designed to keep the experience simple, predictable, and stress-free.

At the beginning of each season, I will send out a scheduler for you to book your Planning Call with me. On this call we will book the date and time for your session based off of availability, location, etc. This seasonal approach allows for intentional planning and ensures a relaxed scheduling experience for all members. If your preferred season fills or you’re unable to book a call during that release window, simply reach out and we’ll work together to find an alternative date.

Sessions typically last up to 1.5 -2 hours from start to finish. This generous timeframe allows us to begin without rushing, ease into the experience, and create a natural connection with your family. I work intuitively, paying close attention to energy, moods, and temperaments—especially with little ones—so the session can flow organically and adjust as needed. This unhurried approach is what allows the most honest, heartfelt moments to unfold.

The beauty of family photography is its flexibility. We both know how unpredictable life can be—little ones get sick, schedules shift, and things don’t always go as planned. If needed, we can easily reschedule without stress. The same care applies to weather as well. I’ll closely monitor the forecast leading up to your session and, if conditions feel uncertain, we’ll thoughtfully create a backup plan so everything feels seamless and supported. Don’t worry, I got you!

The Family Collective is a 12-month commitment, thoughtfully designed to support consistent, intentional documentation over time. If you need to cancel, a written notice is required at least 30 days in advance. Your membership will remain active through the next billing cycle, after which it will conclude. Payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable, and cancellations cannot be applied retroactively. Any unused benefits will be reviewed in accordance with the membership terms.
